Because let me tell you, this is a load of crap.I tried everything. Gym memberships, running, yoga, etc. and never did I see gains. But when I began CrossFit? I dropped over twenty pounds of fat and gained ten pounds of muscle.Still don’t believe me?Google the name Rich Froning. Y’all reblog him all the time and talk about no gains? How about Jason Khalipa? Weighing it at 215 and only at a height of 5’9”? I know guys who would KILL for his body, and you say CrossFit has no gains? The biggest problem I have ever had with Crossfitters is them talking down to me. I don’t mind what they do, but when someone walks up to me and says I’m wasting my time because I’m doing the their elite routines I’m 100% done with them.
